Facilitating dynamic Meetings

As a skilled facilitator, I specialize in creating engaging and inclusive environments. With a dynamic and sensitive approach, I tailor meetings to meet your specific needs, be it for a small round or a gathering of 200. Hearing everyone at the table, interactive methods, clear structures and helpful visualisations characterise my facilitation style.

Developing strong Organizations

As a systemic consultant, I collaborate with NGOs, public sector agencies, and companies. I assume that people in organizations have good reasons for their behavior, which is often rooted in organizational structures. That’s why I focus on improving those structures. I don't do this alone: I guide you through the process of engaging your members across departments and hierarchies to create collaborative change. 

Bringing Teams Forward

Every group's journey is unique. I am here to support you on yours. How can we get better at reaching decisions? What patterns are we stuck in and how can we change them? Which formal and informal hierarchies are playing a role?  Let's explore these and more questions together. I hold space and tenderness for the things below the waterline, waiting to emerge.

About me

My Story

Since 2002, I passionately support value-driven groups to achieve their goals. From a stipend program to a research institute and setting up a political movement, it became clear to me that the root of their specific challenges transcended individuals and group dynamics, and could be found in their organisational structures. I began to learn about the organisations - and found a home in systemic theory. 
 

I’ll work with you to look at the whole picture: How do structures shape individual and group behaviour in your organization? Which structures may be dysfunctional and what could we try to improve them?
